Sgt. OGARRO you were more than an instructor to me during training school and I'm a lot of the others can say the same. You struck a balance between wisdom and humour which you conveyed to us. I will never forget the advice you gave me and the support you provided. If I knew the last time I would see or speak to you was that day at the bank, I would have come off the phone and talk to you longer. You will be missed.
